OTP rules

  1. Treat the code as a password

Anyone who has the current OTP can try to finish sign-in while the code is still valid. The code is not a harmless "verification" you can hand to an agent.

  2. Match the SMS to the screen you opened

If the text names a different product, a payment, or a domain you did not type yourself, do not enter the code. Close the page that arrived from the message.

  3. Ignore urgency

Threats that an account will be closed in minutes, or that a balance will be released only if you pay a stranger, are a reason to stop. This guide never takes a fee.

Who contacted you

How to treat support contact. Starting the conversation yourself is the useful distinction.
Contact What it usually is What to do
You opened help inside the app A normal help path. Follow it. Still do not send an OTP or a password.
A stranger messages you first Unsolicited contact on Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, or a call. Stop. Do not open the install link. Knowing your number is not proof.
Request for a remote-control app A path to the SMS app and the account. Refuse. Do not install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or a similar tool for a stranger, and do not share the screen.
A fee to unlock a guide or release an account Outside this site, and outside a real login fix. Do not pay. This site cannot move money.
A domain one character off your bookmark A lookalike sign-in page. Close it. Type the address you already saved. Do not enter a password or OTP there.

Hostile packages

Predictor apps, modified APKs, and "unlocked" builds are a common cover for credential theft. They are separate from v1.0. Compare the file with the MD5 and SHA-256 on the APK download page. Delete a file that does not match.

If you already shared a code

  1. Assume the code is compromised

Do not send a second code to the same person while you still have a session.

  2. If you can still open the account

Sign out other sessions from the account settings and change the password there. Do this on the device you control, not through a screen share.

  3. If you cannot sign in

Use the recovery path on the operator site or inside the app you verified. This hub cannot lock the account, reset the password, or reverse a payment.

  4. Keep the next login on a channel you typed yourself

Follow the login checks after you are back in. Remove any remote-access app you installed for the caller.

Safety questions

Is it safe to send an OTP to someone who says they are customer support?

No. Read a one-time passcode only into the sign-in form on your own device. Do not forward the SMS, read the code aloud, or type it into a chat.

A stranger sent an install link from a chat app. What should I do?

Leave the link closed. Unsolicited links and reinstall files are a common theft path. Use the APK download page on this site, then compare the file with the MD5 or SHA-256 listed there.

Should I install a remote-access app so support can fix login?

No. Do not install remote-control software for a stranger, and do not screen-share the SMS app. Fix the items on the login help page yourself, or use the in-app help path.
